Get To Know Christopher L. George
I am quite proud to call the Azalea City home. Born in Birmingham, my family relocated to Mobile when I was ten years old, where I’ve spent the majority of my adult life. I graduated from Davidson High School in 1977. I then spent the first year of my undergraduate education at the University of South Alabama, before completing my studies at Auburn University, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering in 1981.
After a decade as a chemical engineer, working primarily for Chevron, I returned to the school to pursue my law degree, attending Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. I graduated with my Juris Doctorate in 1993 and settled once more in Mobile to begin my legal career. Over two decades, I have had the privilege of working for three well-established, successful law firms. At each, I focused on defending all manner of civil cases, ranging from construction defects to civil litigation concerning criminal assaults. I have also had the privilege of representing and assisting numerous area businesses with their legal affairs.
As a child, my father instilled in me a respect for hard work and determination, my mother a deep, abiding compassion. I have done my best to pass the same on to my four children in turn. These traits will readily be on display so long as I represent you or your business. I pledge to work hard for my clients, to leave no stone unturned, and to treat each case with the diligence it deserves. Our legal system, though not perfect, is the best the world has known, aspiring always to be a shining legal city on a hill. With my steadfast representation, this legal system is well- positioned to deliver justice.
