How I Can Help With A Second Chance

I am a firm believer in second chances. We have all made mistakes, especially in our younger days. And at one time or another, we have all needed a second chance.  No one should be denied that second chance because they can’t afford to hire an attorney to give them the legal assistance they need. I am also a firm believer in giving back to the community; in doing good just for the sake of doing good.

This is why I decided when I started my own practice that one of the ways I want to give back to the community is to provide the legal help people sometimes need to get a second chance after a first brush with the law  I am committed to spending 5-10% of my time performing free legal work to help deserving people who might not otherwise get a second chance, get a second chance.

If you have or know someone who has made a mistake that has resulted in potential legal problems and needs a second chance but cannot afford to hire an attorney, please visit the second chance page to fill out the form and send it to me. Your form will be promptly reviewed and you will be contacted.

There are a few things to keep in mind:

1.    Cases involving alleged violent criminal acts are not eligible for selection as part of the second chance program.

2.    Unfortunately, I anticipate that I will only be able to accept 1-2 cases per month before I reach the 5% - 10% limit on the time I will be able to devote to this program.

3.    I cannot guarantee I will succeed in getting you your second chance, but I can promise you that I will make every effort to do so.
